Reserve your Hula event
Bring a little aloha to your birthday, wedding or company event. Based in Brentwood, CA, serving the East Bay and Bay Area.
Request your date below. Our Hula family will confirm availability and your quote; your reservation is finalized with our confirmation and the booking deposit.
$10 / person
50% deposit upon booking

Event availability and details are confirmed with you before booking.
What's included
- $10 per person / ticket — each ticket redeems one serving of Hula mini donuts
- Two-hour serving window; setup and teardown are not included in that time
- We arrive before your event to set up and prepare
- Tickets go to your designated event coordinator on arrival to hand out to guests
- Tickets are valid only during your event's serving window and are nonrefundable and nontransferable
Payment
- Nonrefundable 50% deposit at booking reserves your date
- A valid credit or debit card stays on file for the reservation
- Remaining balance is due on the day of the event, before or at the start of service
- Extra guests or tickets beyond the agreed amount may add charges
Travel
A $100 travel fee applies to events more than 40 miles from Brentwood, CA 94513 (standard GPS routing).
Cancellation & setup
All deposits are nonrefundable. Cancelling within 10 days of the event keeps you responsible for payment under the agreement.
Please provide adequate space and access for our setup. We aren't responsible for delays caused by weather, power issues, road closures, or other events beyond our control.
